As an Experience Designer, I love helping to guide and influence the experiences that are built for people, either engaging and memorable for those situations the product or service is the end goal or insure the product is invisible when they are managing a building, booking a holiday or just making an online purchase. What matters to me is making sure we craft the right environment to facilitate the most suitable experience for the situation and doing so in a positive, fun and collaborative team environment.

I believe it is always important to balance the end user’s goals with the organisation’s intended outcomes. To make sure these outcomes succeed I like to be informed with user behaviour, attitudes and comprehension so that we can continue to measure if we are having a positive impact on both business and user. Advocating for the design thinking methodology where ever I go and helping to advance the business in the UX maturity model, together as a team we can have a positive lasting impact,
