As an Experience Designer guiding and helping businesses build and manage their digital experiences is my passion. To be part of the journey of either crafting the experience from the ground up or continually improving an existing product can be exciting.

Leading teams of designers is a privilege so making sure they have the right processes and environment is extremely important. I like to make sure I facilitate a positive and collorabative design culture. My approach is always to advocate for the Design Thinking Methodology wherever I go and help to advance the business in the UX maturity model, together we can have a positive lasting impact on the business and the lives of the design team.
